Work on levelling 2016
The levelling work is to reach the same level, a common language and common understanding. The work aimed at the overcoming of suffering and internal violence and also serve to prepare for the disciplines. This requires one to an attentive and quiet spirit - without internal noise.
The levelling work are internal works, each participant can perform individually or in a team. There are no instructors, but only some explanatory materials and videos - otherwise, the participant is coach each other. The exchange of experiences about difficulties or discoveries under equal partner is elemental and can help each person to positive change.
It is necessary that all participants are present at the joint meeting, in the study and reflection Park Schlamau take place.
